We worked with Pat in the renovation of our four story, 3900 sq ft home. We were immediately attracted to Pat because, unlike the architect we had hired, Pat listened and got to know our tastes/desires before helping us develop a plan.

You've completely transformed our house in a way we never would have conceptualized. The entrance to the living room, dining area and kitchen are completely open instead of the clutter of closets, chest and kitchen walls, so that the view over the valley and hills toward Mystic and beyond now dominates the house, instead of being half hidden.
