Patco LLC was started in 2006 By Patrick McAneeny, with a focus on designing additions, kitchens, bath’s, deck’s, and remodels that will flow expertly with your existing structure. We also design and build new homes and business’s. We are a full service design and build Company. Over the years we’ve served hundreds of families all over new England making their construction dreams a reality in the most professional manner possible. Today, Patco is a small family owned and operated business who’s main goal is creating beautiful homes and business’s in South Eastern Connecticut. Our projects always begin with a complete virtual drawing of what your project will look like when completed. This gives you, as a Client, a clear view of the end result and an opportunity to see what we will do before work even begins. This will help you to be confident in the design you choose and make any changes prior to work beginning. Joined by his son, Cole McAneeny, Patco retains family values in the work place. We strive to achieve open and honest communication and a clean family friendly work environment. We know the construction process is a messy one, we strive to make it as safe, clean and efficient as possible. We work personally with all of our Client’s to make sure we not only give them the most beautiful finished project, but to also make that process as comfortable as possible.
